Booking and Payment Policy

•All bookings require an advance payment to secure your date.

•We have both Home Service facility and Studio Booking facility for all services. In case of Home service, additional charges applicable.

•Booking can be made up to 18 months in advance. Dates are alloted strictly on First Come First basis.

•Bookings must be made at least one month prior to the event. Last minutes booking are totally subject to availability of Time Slots. Home Service facility is not available in Emergency booking.

•In case of cancellation by Payel’s Bridal Junction due to an emergency, a full refund of the advance will be provided

•If the client cancels the booking, the advance payment will be forfeited.

•It is mandatory for the client to read the acknowledgement message sent after successful booking. This message contains important instructions.

•In case of Sale of any art product, e.g. Decorated Piri, Decorated Pan Pata, Gach Kouto, Decorated Kulo, Designer Panjabi, Clay Jewellery etc. COD is not available. Work will start only after required advance amount as per the terms.

•In case Of Mehndi, Makeup and Nail Extension classes, We provide Certificate only after Successful examination process. Attendance, Behavior and Performance all aspects are taken into consideration while making result. Decision of the Owner of The Institution is full and final and can not be questioned.
